Institute of Emerging Careers supported by leading academicians, technologists and entrepreneurs specializes in upskilling the unemployed youth of Pakistan in emerging technologies, at scale. With a unique blend of hands-on learning and the flipped classroom model coupled with guidance from the industry experts IEC has shown promising results over the past three years.
IEC places its graduates through a strong network of companies and recruiters; and students willing to work remotely are trained in freelancing. These interventions have enabled IEC to place approximately 60% of its graduates within 100 days of them completing the program.
Since inception in 2021, Pledges Inc. has supported IEC with approximately USD370,000 in donations and grants for 7 cohorts, teaching BlockChain, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Data Science, UX Design and Web Development.
