Re:Coded

Founded in 2017, Re:Coded is an award winning global non-profit that supports systemically underserved talent to reskill and access equitable career pathways in technology. Based in Turkey and working across the Middle East and Africa, Re:Coded aims to empower talent from underserved communities to build careers in the digital economy. Their work and impact is driven from their belief that anyone, anywhere should have the opportunity to find meaningful employment and prosper in the digital economy.

Since being founded, Re:Coded has trained thousands of people by providing access to market driven training, career support and a thriving community. The goal is to empower a new generation of diverse talent to obtain life-changing careers in the digital economy and earn upwardly mobile income.

Pledges Inc. is supporting 25% of Re:Coded operations since September 2022, providing a grant of USD 390,000 to train 700+ learners in 3 programs across 7 countries.
