We believe in equal and equitable opportunity and that technology can drive impactful and meaningful innovations to help people. Our mission is to bridge the technology education and talent gap and empower more individuals with skills so they can build future-proof careers, land higher-value jobs, become innovators, and problem-solvers, and uplift their lives and the communities around them. Uplift Code Camp started in August 2019 and has since trained more than 500 students from our bootcamp and workshops. We are a training center offering full-time, part-time, and self-paced software development courses.

We teach and develop skills and nurture a community of learners, educators, mentors, innovators, and technology leaders who are driven by uplifting themselves and everyone around them. We support our graduates to find work opportunities after completion, including internships and full-time positions. And we provide mentorship as they work on their new teams - providing the support and resources they need. We hold community events such as open houses, workshops, career talks, and fireside chats with companies and software developers to inspire and motivate people to pursue tech careers.
